The staff are all excellent and well trained.

Getting to the hotel from the airport was a nightmare. There was no clear information about shuttle services, and I ended up waiting for almost two hours. My family was exhausted after the long journey, and this just added to our frustration.

Iglesia Nueva was located in the immediate surroundings. Perfect for vacation...

The location was great and beautiful, for example, Cala Millor Beach was at a moderate distance from the hotel. The morning breakfast was amazing with crepes and omlet and good quality too.

Recommend it for families

The hotel is located in a quiet place but close to tourist attractions. The catering is really good, food is various and fresh. You have variety of activities, either you chill at the pool in the hotel or you go to the beach, just right there.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

We were absolutely happy with the hotel, its staff, all services at all.

The only thing I would change is the dinner time. I would meka it longer by 30 min at least till 9:30 p.m. But it is definitelly not a big issue.

The breakfast had lots of food, like cakes and appetisers. Large and newly remodelled units with merged beds, an enormous shower plus drinks, and the staff were pleasant. The location was good and incredible for traveling around Cala Millor, close to Cala Millor. Bar Cafe Del Sol located 1 km away was a nice surprise: D

Of good quality. The breakfast had a good variety, and dinner options changed daily. We appreciated the cleanliness and friendly reception staff. The beach entry was rocky was great. Nevertheless, overall experience was good.

The pool area was fantastic, and the evening shows added great entertainment. We particularly loved the clean beach and enjoyed the variety in dinner options each night.

The hotel is located at the quieter end of Cala Millor, close to a lovely beach but not too far from the livelier areas. I enjoyed the cleanliness throughout the hotel and the comfortable bedding. Every morning started with a consistently good breakfast buffet, with choices. I appreciated the excellent views of the sea from our room. The gym left a lot to be desired. It only had one machine. The noise from evening entertainment occasionally disrupted our relaxation, especially since it sometimes went on until 10:30 PM. Dining at the hotel had its ups and downs. While breakfast was great, dinner lacked variety and quality on some nights. A few staff interactions were inconsistent. Some were attentive, while others seemed rushed during busy times. One evening experience was frustrating when the air conditioning in our room failed to cool properly. It wasn't resolved quickly enough, impacting our comfort. Despite these issues, I felt the overall atmosphere was inviting, and with some improvements in service and facilities, it could be really good.

Really good customer service stood out . The staff were friendly and helpful as a guest. The sea view from my room was fine and added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I appreciated the variety offered at breakfast, which catered well to different tastes, ensuring a pleasant start to my day.

The room could have used some maintenance, as I noticed a few minor issues that impacted my comfort.

Recommend it for families with older children

We had a great room with a beautiful sea view, waking up to the sound of the waves. The food was diverse. Every night a different theme, even had fresh grilled meat every night! Everybody for miles around wanted to eat there, and I don't blame them.

While not exactly a bargain, it was acceptable for what we got.

Just an optimal selection for a date night in Cala Millor with excellent value for money. The food variety at breakfast was excellent, even on busy mornings. If you can, rent bikes to explore nearby beaches. It's worth it.
